What is a free plan?

A plan whose price is zero. No card is collected and no invoice is issued. The workspace opens after setup.

What does the trial include?

A paid plan includes 7 days of trial access. The workspace opens after setup, and nothing is charged during the trial. After the trial, or sooner with Subscribe now, an invoice is issued for the plan price. The charge is not taken silently on day 7.

Is a card required to sign up?

The signup form does not ask for a card. Nothing is charged during the trial. The invoice is issued after the trial, or when you choose Subscribe now. If card checkout is enabled, that invoice is paid by card.

When is the next charge?

A monthly plan can renew on the card only when recurring checkout is enabled at payment. Otherwise the next invoice is issued when the paid period ends. A yearly plan is charged the yearly total shown on the card, once for that year.

How do I cancel?

Cancel from your account after you sign in. During the trial, cancellation ends access immediately. After a paid period has started, access continues until that period ends and no further invoices are issued.

Can the price change while I sign up?

The amount is read from the catalog when you confirm. If it changed since you opened the page, we show the new price and wait for you to confirm again.
